The Stockton Field Aviation Museum Presents
BOMBER CAMP
Your Mission
Are you looking for an experience like Masters of the Air, but for real? Do you remember watching the movies Twelve O’clock High or Memphis Belle? Have you ever imagined what it would be like to fly your own mission in a legendary B-17 Flying Fortress or a B-24 Liberator? Young or old you can live your dream at Bomber Camp™!
Bomber Camp™ is much more than a "fantasy camp". It is an immersive WWII living history experience allowing you to step back in time to train for a bombing mission and then to fly it, for real. You will experience sights, sounds, and smells that few others have known, and gain a greater appreciation for the men and women of the "greatest generation".
This year's Bomber Camp™ offers a more affordable one-day program. You will attend classes in the morning, have a GI lunch in the mess tent, fly your bombing mission in the afternoon, and relax in the officers’ club after mission debrief. This once in a lifetime opportunity can be yours.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Ricardo Prambs, 2024
"I want to thank you for the effort and work done by you, to provide us with an extraordinary experience, unique in the world. Thank you both for the desire to educate, honor and preserve these relics, airplanes, machines and clothing, and all the things that made this country great, and most importantly provide a unique meeting point for the people, in which all this affection and melancholy for the past converges.
Keep going with this, keep going with everything!! Keep 'Em Flying!!!"
Merle Cochran, 2024
"Anyone thinking Bomber Camp ™ "someday" better do it now. We sacrificed things so I could attend in 2017. It was fantastic. You'll never have a better chance to see a slice of how those WWII hero cadets started out in training"
David Gooden, 2019
"The efforts put into transporting the cadets back to 1944 cannot be overstated. The cadre were very professional without being “over the top” military and while making you feel comfortable, they also managed to instill in you the importance of the knowledge you were meant to absorb in order to successfully complete your “mission”.... As has been previously stated, a definite bucket list adventure."
